3 bines / 2'-3' in length
notes: trimmed and trained 3 bines
longest bine was crimped so I had to cut it
realized after trimming that 1 of the 3 bines I saved was dammaged
noticed a little one sprouting (saved it for backup)
5 bines / just sprouted - 5" in length
notes: 4 sets of leaves on longest bine
unlike the nugget, it appears to be putting it's energy towards leaves rather than length
3 bines / 1" - >2' in length
notes: trained it last wednesday
longest bine going strong
leaf size hasn't increased much since last week

Lookin good. I don't know what it is, but I love to see the progress of plants growing.
Humulus, (hop) is a small genus of flowering plants, native to the temperate Northern Hemisphere. The female flowers often called cones, of one species are called hops, and are used as flavoring and stabilizers, especially for brewing beer. The hop is part of the family Cannabaceae, which also includes the genus Cannabis (hemp).
That said, I like watching plants grow toooo! I'm torn between wanting to take more and fewer pictures.
LOL. I know what it is, aka. hops, what I meant to convey was that I don't know what it is about seeing the progress of plants growing that I love, but I do enjoy it. I think the amount you are posting is good.
ah ha! my smart ass response totally failed -> I knew you knew what hops were -> I totally misread your comment and thought your "I don't know what it is" comment was in reference to the fact that it is hard to tell what is going on between some of the photos -> so i thought i'd steal a respose from wikipedia to imply what i knew you weren't implying because i thought it would be funny and ----> I am a dumbass.
Thanks for the comment though, i will (and did) keep posting photos. It's been fun so far and I am looking forward to see how it goes. I am making a mental tally of homebrews to be gifted for comments.
